Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting ranges. The price for your job is confirmed in writing after a site visit and may change if conditions found on site differ from what was described. Payment schedule: 40% to secure the pool and the schedule date, 30% when the crew arrives to install, 30% on completion.

Scheduling and delays

Install dates depend on weather, ground conditions, and material availability. We will tell you as soon as a date needs to move.

Warranty

Workmanship is warrantied in writing. Product warranty terms vary by manufacturer and model, and you will get the specific warranty for the pool you choose before you buy. Homeowner supplied kits may not carry manufacturer coverage.

Homeowner responsibilities

You are responsible for providing access to the work area, for accurate information about septic, irrigation, and utilities on the property, and for any barrier or electrical requirements that apply at your address.
